Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resaleable condition inside its original packaging.* If you make a return in line with this policy, we will refund the value of the returned goods back to you.

How to make a Return

o    If your return is due to an incorrect item supplied, a faulty item or a damaged item, please contact us before you return the item to authorise the return. If you do not contact us we may not be able to refund the delivery charges.

o    Please return your items by whichever delivery method you prefer. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service so that you can track the successful delivery of your return.

o    Please ensure the item is well packed to ensure that it arrives in perfect resalable condition, in its original packaging.

o    If you are unsure how to return an item or would like us to arrange for the return item to be collected, please contact us.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Delivery Charges

We will refund your original delivery charge and the delivery charges you incurred in returning the product back to us when a product is faulty, damaged or sent incorrectly, but not when a product is simply unwanted.*

1.            How can I contact you?

Click on the Contact Us link at the top of each page or telephone us on +44 (0)1736 363457, we are open from 11am to 3pm Monday to Friday (we are closed on Saturdays). You can leave a message on our answering machine outside of these times.

 

2.            How can I change or cancel my order?

To cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. We will do our best to make the changes you require but if the order has already been dispatched you will need to follow our returns procedure.

 

3.            How will my order be shipped?

We use various shipping methods, depending on your location and the weight of the goods ordered.
If you are in the UK we use Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

We also ship worldwide using Royal Mail Airmail, Parcelforce or DHL. Airmail has a maximum weight limit of 2kg so your order may be sent in multiple packages.

 

4.            When will my order be dispatched?

Providing the goods ordered are in stock we aim to dispatch your order within ten working days. Where part of your order is out of stock, we will dispatch the items which are in stock and send the remains to you as soon as they come back into stock. When this occurs, you will not be charged any extra for multiple shipments.

 

5.            Can I track my order?

6.            When will you charge me for my order?

You will be charged for your order when it is placed using either RBS Worldpay or Paypal, these are secure card processing gateways and we do not have access to your card details.

 

7.            Can I return my order?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.

We deliver worldwide. If your country is one which is not listed please contact us.

 

9.            Can you special order something for me?

Yes we can special order items which we do not currently stock. Please contact us with the details of the item(s) you wish to order and we will reply with availability, price and expected delivery leadtime.
